Blue Jeans Cable
Digital Audio Cable, Tartan Cable brand, 15 foot:
S/PDIF Digital Audio cables are used on many devices today to send digitally-encoded audio--which may be simple stereo right/left audio content, or any of a variety of multichannel surround audio standards such as Dolby 5.1 audio--from source devices to audio receivers and amplifiers. Coaxial digital audio cable is basically standard 75 ohm video cable--the same as is used for such things as composite video or SDI--with RCA plugs on each end.
Shielding and Impedance Stability
The most important attributes of a coaxial digital audio cable are its characteristic impedance and the effectiveness of its shielding. This is a conventional 75 ohm impedance video cable, matching the impedance of all common home theater sources, DACs and receivers. It carries a combination braid and foil shield; the foil provides 100% coverage and is highly effective at higher frequencies, while the braid provides better low-frequency protection, better physical durability, and lower resistance to ground to provide an effective ground path for EMI and RFI. This cable is CL2 rated for in-wall installation.

The SP-G01 is a video ground loop isolator for coaxial cable and CCTV camera applications. The ground loop isolator has a BNC male to BNC female in/output. This video product is passive which means it does not require power. The idea behind the SP-G01 is that it prevents video signal distortion caused by video ground loops. Video ground loop isolators are passive devices which reduce ground loop tnterference with CCTV signals and can easily install in a new or added to existing CCTV camera systems. These devices are useful where a video signal is transmitted via coaxial cable between points with different ground potentials. Differences in ground potentials are typically caused by unbalanced power line loads. Video Ground Loop Isolator Installation The video ground loop isolator is installed in line with the video cable that has come directly from the CCTV camera and before the coax cable is connected to any other device. If several security cameras come from the same area, it is recommended to install a ground loop isolator in line with every cable.

Product Information - Optical to Coaxial Digital Audio Converter transforms a Toslink Optical Digital Audio signal to an RCA Coaxial (S/PDIF) Digital Audio signal. Run out of Toslink inputs on your receiver? This optical to coaxial converter will allow you to connect the Toslink optical output from your DVD, cable or satellite receiver to a coaxial digital audio input. Don't buy a new receiver - simply change media formats and get full digital signal sound quality. This allows conversion between the most common digital audio formats. Turns Toslink Optical digital audio signal to RCA connector for digital audio input. These units are powered so you will not degrade your sound quality in the conversion process, especially in long cable runs. Great for connecting more Digital Audio devices with Toslink connectors to one of your Digital Coax inputs on your Home Theater receiver. Converts a Toslink optical digital audio signal to an RCA coaxial (SPDIF) Digital Audio signal. Toslink digital optical input to Coaxial SPDIF Digital output Examples of uses - Connect a Video Game system, DVD player or Sound Card with an Optical Digital Output to an Amplifier with a Coaxial Input. -

Blue Jeans Cable
BNC to BNC HD SDI Cable, 50 foot, Black, Blue Jeans Cable brand
This HD-SDI cable is built with precision video coax which has been sweep-tested to 4.5 GHz and high-quality 75 ohm crimp-type BNCs. It has an 18 AWG solid copper center conductor and a combination shield consisting of a 100% coverage, two-sided foil layer overlaid by a 95% coverage tinned copper braid for maximum shield effectiveness at all frequencies. Between is a foamed HDPE dielectric, which provides for the lowest possible capacitance, and best possible impedance consistency, in any precision video cable.
The cable stock is made in the USA to exacting standards; every spool is sweep-tested to 4.5 GHz to ensure that dimensional control and impedance stability are within tight tolerances, and that return loss is kept to a minimum. The BNCs, likewise, are true broadcast-quality products designed to minimize return loss through the plug body and plug/jack interface. The cable is rated CMR, making it lawful for installation in walls, cable trays, and risers--anywhere but in a plenum.
Blue Jeans Cable: Professional Precision Cable Assembly
Our cables are assembled in our Seattle workshop by American workers, using the highest quality precision stripping and crimping equipment. Coax is stripped with precise dimensional control in our Swiss-made Schleuniger coaxial cable strippers, resulting in a shield braid undamaged by stripping and a center conductor of consistent maximum length for full engagement in the BNC pin crimp. Our crimping is done on Schleuniger 3-ton pneumatic presses--not on hand tools that can loosen and result in a weak crimp. The result is a cable which is not only superb in its electrical performance, but is physically robust and stable and will endure frequent handling and flexing. -
